Snow Forest is a singer-songwriter project founded by the musician Tatjana Uschakowa. Many years ago she was diagnosed with rheumatism and depression where she barley could move her body and soul. This might be the reason that her music seems to be lost in its sadness, but if you listen to it more closely, there is often a glimpse of hope and humor, inspired by Tatjanas sense of developing touching chord progressions, melodies and lyrics. Her songs are influenced by contemporary Folk and the melancholy of Nordic singer-songwriters, sometimes mixed with some sprinkles of country.
